Janice Hamby is the Owner and Principal Broker of Third Tennessee Realty and Associates, LLC, and the Owner of Third Tennessee Auction Company.

She was previously the owner/broker of Raintree Properties, a company she operated from 1989 until November, 2004. She has been an active real estate broker in Cumberland County since 1977.

She is a native Cumberland Countian, and is very active in the community. She served on the Crossville Association of Realtors Board of Directors, served in the capacity of Board President, Vice President, and Secretary-Treasurer, and Chairperson of various committees during the past number of years.

She also served as Crossville Chapter President on the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, and as a Director of the Tennessee Association of Realtors. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce, and is President/Campaign Chairman of the Cumberland County United Fund. She also serves a Team Leader for the Third Tennessee Realty and Third Tennessee Auction Company team for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

She was an instructor for Tennessee Technology Center in Crossville for approximately 10 years, teaching Real Estate Principles and various Continuing Education courses. She maintains her certification through the Tennessee Real Estate Commission to teach real estate related courses. Janice has earned several designations through the National Association of Realtors; Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors.
