Janice Hamby is currently Managing Broker of Third Tennessee Realty and Associates, LLC, also a principal in the corporation.
She was previously the owner/broker of Raintree Properties, a company she operated from 1989 until November, 2004. She has been an active real estate broker in Cumberland County since 1977.
She is a native Cumberland Countian, and is very active in the community. She served on the Crossville Association of Realtors Board of Directors, served in the capacity of Board President, Vice President, and Secretary-Treasurer, and Chairperson of various committees during the past number of years.
She currently serves as Crossville Chapter President on the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, current Director of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce, and participates in numerous community organizations/charitable events.
She was an instructor for Tennessee Technology Center in Crossville for approximately 10 years, teaching Real Estate Principles and various Continuing Education courses. She maintains her certification through the Tennessee Real Estate Commission to teach real estate related courses.
